Mission

At Laly Llama, our mission is to plant the seeds of global citizenship through stories that travel the world and give back to the Earth. Born from the heart of the author, Christian M. Navarro, and inspired by his own family’s adventures, each book is a pedagogical journey designed to teach children about cultural diversity, world history, and environmental conservation. We don't just tell stories; we empower young readers with a 'Tips for the Reader' section that includes child-friendly vocabulary and scientific insights into local flora and fauna. By dedicating 25% of all proceeds to Semillas Life NGO, we ensure that every adventure Laly takes in her Tuk-Tuk helps fund vital education and reforestation projects in the Peruvian Amazon.
